I ended up talking to Brighter Dark and he recommended Host Winds, which I like so far. I didn�t really want to mess with Wine again as I had a lot of issues with it last time.

I use SSDNodes, have been with them for 3 years and no problems. They recently lowered some of their prices and are constantly having a fake "sale" that says it will end in one day but never does, but the deals are pretty good. I have the KVM / X Large server they offer for ~$300/3 years ($8/mo) with 16GB RAM, 80GB SSD, 4 vCPU, and 8TB transfer. They allow torrenting, game servers, etc. Honestly a great company despite the manipulative sale tactics. https://www.ssdnodes.com/

If they use sketchy sales tactics they could possibly be doing other sketchy stuff as well. They could be using old Opterons and spoofing them as brand new Intel Xeon's to the VPS's.

I almost want to keep the webpage open for 9 hours to see what happens when the clock expires.

Although I haven't used them, you should try Scaleway. Their cheapest VPS is �2,99 which is damn cheap for 2GB of RAM and 2 cores. Also, you should just use Wine. You're running a server which doesn't have any sort of graphical usage, and Linux is optimised for low-end systems like this. Hell, it can even run on 512MB of RAM while Windows would barely work.

Yeah Linux doesn�t eat much RAM, and if you can manage to keep the RAM down even better. Randomizer only ate nearly a GB with 32 players, lots of bricks and lots of addons
