Oh yes, I'm sorry.

California doesn't literally say you need to become squidward, do the bubble technique just to accquire a sling shot!

Damn, who would have ever known that, if I hadn't spelled it out...

is there something particularly hard about the process pecon posted in getting a gun? is that process not pretty reasonable? what about that process denies people who want guns and are sane/reasonable enough to own one from getting one?

shh im trying to get him to swallow his own tail by either admitting everyone who can go to the store and fork over cash should be allowed to own a gun, or that california isnt the leftist despot state he believes it is

or that hes too dumb to take a simple test and pass with 75% correct when its likely that test and all its answers exists on the internet somewhere. and is probably just common sense basic gun safety stuff

or that california isnt the leftist despot state he believes it is

I'm gonna pick this and go on a limb here, you don't have agree course but many people (me included) think California as a leftist "cesspool" due the fact that it's heavy on regulations which causes several companies to close down shops and cause them to move out leaving many people here unemployed and rely on welfare.

That and added with increased house prices leaving many to be homeless with some people (around my age) spending their money on hedonistic/materialistic items such as marijuana, pot, or vape pen.

As for the political part though, No California is not a leftist cesspool realistically speaking if anything Southern California is the leftist cesspool that everyone focuses on (with the exception of the Orange County and San Diego) and if anything, Central and Northern California are more likely right leaning than left leaning if you catch my drift. That's all.

oh yeah, i agree, california is a bit forgeted up for a variety of reasons, but its not primarily cause of liberalism or anything political afaik. if anything, its economical/capitalism thats loving most of the state due to extremely high cost of living and the amount of housing speculation from the rich, both overseas and in america.

personally though, ill admit that i try to stay out of all of it and just focus on myself, so im not completely in on the loop regarding the state of politics or how much it impacts day to day life. but as far as i can tell, very little has changed directly due to political stuff, and much more changed directly due to economic influences

As I live in california I can confirm it's stuff but im not exactly sure why it's stuff probably just bc of how much all the stuff costs

It's still pretty simple if you ask me.
1. Go to a gun shop that has a gun you want to buy
2. Take an easy written test on safe gun handling and pass with 75% or higher. It's literally just common sense questions, almost nobody fails it. You only need to take it once.
3. The dealer files paperwork and tells you to come back in 10 days. The state does a background check to make sure you aren't a convicted felon or anything stupid like that.
4. After 10 days you come back to the store and pick up the gun.

Also good to note: California is on the far lower end of firearm death rates in the country.

Easier than Canada

i don't know about that. northern california has the bay area which is pretty damn left-wing

The world would be a better place if we just dropped a nuke over San Fran.

no and dont call it san fran

i don't know about that. northern california has the bay area which is pretty damn left-wing

To be honest I was holding back on that but I should've have mentioned San Francisco too similar with Orange County and San Diego, Sorry.
