Whenever i make a server in custom this happens

Whenever I spawn in the server, I spawn in midair, with no way to get down. Can anybody help me?

you could try
setting your coordinates in the console
respawning
or loading a map and creating a minigame to spawn at one of the spawn points

also does this only happen with certain addons enabled?
do you have player persistence on?  when you were last on you may have been way up in the air
