toasted soft shell, shrimp/steak/chicken/fish (whatever im in the mood for), corn/tomato salsa (also depends), sour cream, guac, cotija cheese, onion, red cabbage and/or lettuce, sprinkled with lime juice and cilantro

pickled onions instead of regular + salsa verde and its my dream taco too

chorizo lime also works well for meat
