Cannot place more than 25 items

I cant place more than 25 items.
Ive tried changing item limit, nothing
Ive tried spawning if far away, nothing
Ive tried doing it all manually with a wrench, nothing
This is game-breaking and I have no idea whats causing it.

well if you haven't tried raising the limit for lan or non lan mayb both then that's your problem
