Ok so because of the demand, I have setup a temporary speedkart server (which is up rn). I don't remember how to make a dedicated server so if anyone knows then please tell me

You can't yet, the support for the steam version of dedicated servers has yet to be added.

this is true, the support of it has not been added to steam yet. However it is still possible. Its just a little complicated.
I'm not sure this is the easiest way to do it, but this is how I do it.

Blockland Folder > New text Document > Name it "steam_appid"
Open the new text Doc > paste 250340 > Save & Close
Create two new Blockland.exe shortcuts. I'd put them on the desktop for convenience.
Choose one of the shortcuts > Right click > Properties > Add "ptlaxxobimwroe -steam -dedicated". After the rest of the text. Don't delete anything.
It should now look like "Blockland.exe" ptlaxxobimwroe -steam -dedicated.
Click Apply/Ok - You can now host a dedicated server. Click this shortcut to do so.

To play on your server/Play blockland while hosting
Right click the other Blockland.exe shortcut > Properties > Target > type "ptlaxxobimwroe -steam"
It should look like "Blockland.exe" ptlaxxobimwroe -steam
Click Apply/Ok
You can now play blockland while hosting. Click this shortcut to do so.
This also allows multi-clienting on one computer.
