i havent deleted the folders i just tried to download something and now i look like a lego block

Just redownload blockland.

Go into the base folder and make a backup of the saves folder in there. Place the backup somewhere outside the Blockland folder. Reinstall blockland and go back into base and place the back up of the saves folder in there and accept overwriting.
Problem solved and you keep your saves!
