stuck on loading datablocks

i opened up the game to test a few add ons i had installed before hosting a server for my friends but every time i start a server it loads almost all datablocks except the last little bit, but the game isnt frozen or anything. Help?

Which add ons?
Does it still do this with the add ons disabled?

i recently had this problem when trying out the good ol' blocko shooter playertypes/bots
exact same scenario happens when you try starting a server with those guys enabled
