So my mom got a new computer and new internet which means i got to forward more ports but i am a little confused on this one. Here is a picture if anyone could give hints or somthing that would be great.

Try setting IP Port Range to 28000 to 28030.
Then go to Start>Run>Cmd>ipconfig and then type the first addres into the IP Adress field.

yeh but then TCP UPD or GRE

Also it wont let me select both UPD and TCP it only has those two then GRE and in i select GRE it will only let me fill in remote section and top right IP address.

Don't use advanced port forwarding, use the Applications section.
