Anyone else got tinnitus? How?

How do yuo treat it

i sometimes get it out of nowhere when i try to sleep, i just simply deal with it until it magically goes away after a while

Sadly there's no real cure or treatment. The best you can do to minimize it is sleep with a fan on to block out the ringing, if it's especially severe keep a TV on during the day as well. Though if it's that bad I recommend going to an Audiologist.

Turn the fans on at night.

I've had tinnitus for years, I just fix it by blaring even louder music and shooting guns without ear pro.

I've had it for a long time. I don't really notice it anymore if I don't think about it. Though its not very loud.

Place the palms of your hands over your ears with fingers resting gently on the back of your head. Your middle fingers should point toward one another just above the base of your skull. Place your index fingers on top of you middle fingers and snap them (the index fingers) onto the skull making a loud, drumming noise. Repeat 40-50 times. Some people experience immediate relief with this method. Repeat several times a day for as long as necessary to reduce tinnitus.Dr. Jan Strydom, of A2Z of Health, Beauty and Fintess.org.

This always works for me.

What I actually found out recently during work is that using my helmet mounted earmuffs for some reason makes it go away or atleast makes it even less noticeable. I don't know why that would be as it should just drown out other noise making tinnitus more noticeable but idk.
