Morally it's still mostly his fault those people are dead.
Morals are relative.

Morals are relative.

Yes, and most moral systems deem Kyle's actions as seeking trouble/a chance to kill BLM protesters.

what say you to those that would disagree with you?

most moral systems
First shot he fired took down a creep so I think he’s free from that charge.
After that the fbi drone footage clearly shows he was being chased as he was attempting to go to the police barrier.

Only thing he did wrong was show up with a AR.
And truth be told, I wouldn’t want to show up without some protection seeing how these “protests” usually went at the time.

Yes, and most moral systems deem Kyle's actions as seeking trouble/a chance to kill BLM protesters.

I mean while I think that's likely almost completely wrong, I do think he made some bad choices and shouldn't have been there in the first place, on the other hand what should be done in such situations where people decide to start destroying society? build a fence around the city and let them destroy everything and then suffer the consequences?
There is no acceptable all encompassing solution.

First shot he fired took down a creep so I think he’s free from that charge.
this is a weak argument, kyle had no way of knowing the dude was a creep/creep/whatever beforehand.

unless he was literally out there hunting this guy down.

its like saying you are justified to randomly start killing people because you managed to accidentally hit all the child enthusiasts in the crowd. (Not saying that he was randomly shooting or hunting but you get the point)

I’m saying he is free from the charge of shooting first. Murder is murder and he knew that. That is why he tried to go to the police lines.
I meant to say he was not shooting randomly.

what say you to those that would disagree with you?
I would say you're a dumbass

Second Amendment.
Being armed is not a privilege, but a right in the US.

Say that to CA and NY
Also yeah right after I said that I clarified I thought it was appropriate.

Simply don't attack people

dont leave the house and ur all set to never be at risk for being a victim or perpetrator of a shooting, ez

he literally was putting out fires and cleaning graffiti before he was attacked

basically the same thing if you think about it

Riots are bad, civilians shouldn't show up with weapon across state lines to defend private property. That job should be left to the police. This shooting should only push people to address the reasons behind the riots and deficiencies in police response.
