Truth Social and what is a 'Progressive Web App'?

Truth Social is a install-able as a progressive web app.

there's only one truth i believe in

fma ending was mid
ok but which one are you talking about

manga/fmab ending where they refuse to use hohenhein's final soul he unwittingly took in to get their sacrifice back and he dies like a day later having done nothing with it and ed no longer has a door of truth and loses his defining feature

to be fair if i just went through all that i'd probably be perfectly happy deleting my alchemy too

ed no longer has a door of truth and loses his defining feature
I don't remember enough about hohenheim's whole situation to say anything about the other part but this is just a weak reading. he lost it for a reason and it's a meaningful conclusion to his character arc

Can we please get back on topic? How are we going to secure funding for the wasp turret?

i get that, but ed refuses to let hohenheim use even his Own Life, Willingly, to save Al. his decision to save hohenheim is ultimately pointless since he just dies a day later also Willingly. it's not like ed was forced against a wall or was using unwitting human lives like with a philosopher's stone, and even if the final souls powering hohenheim weren't his they were already explained to be just energy with no conscience due to how long he's lived.
the decision to get rid of his alchemy was ultimately a good move, since he was lead so far down the path he was because of it, but it still makes me a little sad that we were denied any potential sequel or continuation and it's revealed their entire journey could have been stopped early on if only ed realized the what the door of truth symbolized sooner

I don't think it was about saving him, I think it was about making sure that alphonse wouldn't feel guilty over his father's death, which, knowing the character, I'm sure he would have if hohenheim had died to save him

I'd rather have a solid ending to the series than an open-ended conclusion and an underwhelming sequel. everything has to come to an end eventually

You'd love I Am A Hero then. Sucks whenever a Manga dies due to the artist/writer having complications.

all of my favorite manga end or are cut short due to this it seems; i've read through the beginning portion of i am a hero and dropped it due to being busy, i should pick it up again

the ending is already open ended as it would be if they used hohenheim to get al's body back, it just implies that future stories or spinoffs will be focused on Al and Mei who were able to replace Ed or Ling; Al goes to travel to study alkahestry in fact which could have lead to just another series entirely if they so wanted

I Am A Hero is a great read if you like disturbing Manga, it gets very weird very fast.
I gotta finish Desert Punk sometime, that's also a fun one
