Until a third party gets funded enough to compete with the big guys, they're not gonna win. 2016 was the perfect example of when a green party could have won. Definitely wont win this time either.

voting green isnt about winning. its about making a statement to both parties “i dislike both of you enough to not care who wins. change if you want to get our vote back”

since the elections are pretty close usually, getting voters off of the third party and into yours helps a lot to securing the win. thats why the main political parties care about the votes for green party.

I would vote third but I actually care about who wins this election even though both candidates are unfavorable. I imagine I'm not the only one with the same ideology.
