Graphical Issue: Starting Blockland

For some strange reason, recently when I start Blockland it always boots up looking like this:



When I go into options and change the resolution and hit apply it goes back to normal. Anyone else have this problem or know a fix?

Update: Seems to only happen in windowed mode, full screen starts up just fine?

I have a feeling this has something to do with me recently updating my GPU drivers to adrenaline 2020, or it's the windows platform update I installed for direct draw/d3d to play Shadow of War, they were both installed right around the time this started happening
