Baked and fried pork belly, baked potato and fried green beens.

Definitely used a little to much oil but otherwise ok, still I don't think it's even close to the pork belly dish I had in Austria sadly.

looks real nice

protip: use vivid color filters for food to make it look 30% better

Buy an instantpot/Pressure cooker. I've only owned an instantpot but this thing "perfectly" enough cooks fully frozen meat or at least gets to to a point you can brown it.

Basically this means you can buy huge portions of meat and freeze them without the worry of needing multiple hours of defrost time. Straight from the freezer to the pressure cooker.

Edit: OP I should really try eating Avocado like that, I feel like I'd need a lot of salt though.

Got one for Christmas heh, although I'm impatient and usually just put meat in a bowl or small pan under hot running water and it defrosts in >20 min.

roast peeled garlic in the oven with your other vegetables covered in oil in the oven. cracked

Does homebrewing count?

Just started a gallon of hibiscus mead.

I'll allow it, but only if you post pictures of your food also.

The honey, and the hibiscus tea

The tea, honey, and yeast. 24 hours into fermentation. 1 month to go

this is one of those times I really hate myself for not liking fermented drinks.  :panda:

Distilled hibiscus mead?  :cookieMonster:

Yea in hindsight I might like it since sweet wines are good.
