Having a certain weapon appear in a certain vehicle part?

Well, i'm making this vehicle, and i want it so that when someone goes to the back seat, i want a turret to appear in your hands (I can make a turret weapon, or use the minigun for the turret) and have it go away once you leave the vehicle and/or go to a different seat

Might this be possible? If so, how can i do it?

Why don't you just keep the turret in, like a Warthog?

Cause weapons on a vehicle won't work unless it's been a added feature in v9, so i gotta wait till v9 to see, but until then, there's gotta be another way

And no this won't be a Halo mod, i'm just making a vehicle that has a turret, when i get on my other PC, i'll get a picture of it so far
