Version 2 Update:
-Fixed animation glitch with display panel and kickstand
-Fixed braking animation not applying handbrakes
-Adds headlight and L.E.D strip animations
-Adds ability to partially recolor the scooter with paint
-Smoothed out spring force and damping a bit
