New evidence supports she was tailing ICE, not even from the same state either. Clearly looked and acknowledged the cop infront of her (we have his POV now), not only did she know and clearly see him, there is also another instigator on the scene that when the cops ask her to exit her vehicle after three times, she says "Drive baby drive" and then the driver proceeds to nearly run over a cop and get shot for it.

Obstructing traffic is a form of protest protected under the 1st amendment.
She was also parked in front of her own home.

It is no longer legal when you are committing obstruction of justice. Regardless of if you think what ICE is doing is right morally, they are federal law enforcement officers, and intending to negatively interfere with police business is called obstruction of justice, and it is illegal. All these ICE riots are that too, this is the reason we have laws in the first place to separate these kind of things so willy nillys don't misconstrue its intention or worse yet twist it to fit their goal.

She also had plates apparently from Colorado? And I don't know about you guys, but if I was a parent my top priority is my children, protecting them in anyway I can, and that also means protecting myself so I could be there for them too. What the forget is she doing risking her life interfering with police on her own in a very tense and unfortunately hostile environment. Selfishness just so a couple illegal aliens can stay in the country.

It's all a damn tragedy and what's even more disappointing now that I think about it is the media left keep trying to use these people like this as their martyrs and spit vitriol, but didn't y'all cheer when a man was shot in front of hundreds of people simply for debating?

Are you stupid?????????????????????????????????????????????

I feel smarter for you, at least I know how to articulate an argument instead of going to pointless insults. Try again.

Are you like, afraid to debate or something? What's the point of having a forum about hot topics like this if not to discuss. Funny haha's prove nothing to your point, if anything it just shows you're not mentally equipped to even be here much less prove the other point. Its a disservice to y'all tbh.

New evidence supports she was tailing ICE, not even from the same state either.
She previously lived in Colorado and moved to Minneapolis last summer. This occured right outside her house, people in the video and those interviewed afterwards said she was their neighbor. Her spouse who lived in the house she was murdered infront of said that she lived there and had just gotten back home after dropping their kid off at school.

Is this the same video we saw where she says "I don't hate you" as he circles her vehicle?

Obstruction of justice does not excuse lethal force.

If he had enough time to unholster his weapon, he had enough time to move to the side. If she was trying to run him over, when he shot her in the head, the acceleration would have caused the vehicle to injure him, not leave him well enough to casually walk away while texting someone as he flees the scene.

What the forget is she doing risking her life interfering with police on her own in a very tense and unfortunately hostile environment. Selfishness just so a couple illegal aliens can stay in the country.
Some people stood up against the national socialist's too at the risk of their own lives. Its kinda the moral thing to do here.

but didn't y'all cheer when a man was shot in front of hundreds of people simply for debating?
I don't remember cheering that. I personally thought it was a stupid loving thing to do knowing how much the republicans would try to use to to start a civil war. I guess using his own words acknowledging that it is the price we must pay for living in a country where the second amendment is protected, just like he advocated, might be misinterpreted but I want to make it clear, no one should be dieing of gun violence in clearly preventable scenarios like this and like with Kirk.

I'm not going to waste my time explaining basic empathy to you, either go back to Kindergarten or call your mom for that you absolute caveman.

There we go we're getting somewhere, didn't you or someone else say some bogus stuff like this last time as well? You guys keep assuming this good evil scenario like its that simple, and nothing ever is and I think you know that; so why assume you have to be right about everything all the time? Or even crazier, shocker: what if neither of us are right about it? This is the kind of stuff I want to talk about but every time I feel like I try to open a door for it, people like you shut the door without even trying to engage. How are we supposed to move on and grow together as a loving united country if we can't even start talking.

This was also not the first time Jonathan Ross shot someone in the head while they were operating a vehicle. If the administration is trying to claim that he was traumatized from that incident to explain his actions, that makes them more culpable for putting a mentally unfit officer in a situation where this would happen to him again.

1. Thank you for the clarification about what she was doing in the state. I hadn't known.

2. I'm not sure? I never heard her say that in the video just a "thats fine dude, im not mad at you". Which tbh, could have been a deflection, or even an attempt at descalation, just not sure, we can't really know.

3. True for the most part. There are always those what-if scenarios that you they have to consider, each with equal and fair resolution. A tweaker on meth starting to fight cops, probably taser and handcuffs. A moving car about to hit a cop? It's a bit harder to say and its too grey to really call what is and what isn't right. You gotta think about it this way, if she was trying to hit the cop and escape, she's now a criminal and will have a warrant for arrest at some point, a catch for another day essentially. But also we're human and most people can't preplan and logic that far so the next option is neutralize the threat.. Don't think it was great, just what was happening as a logical explination.

4. True you're not wrong. But I just don't think those are two of the same thing, that's where we disagree.

5. It was all stupid and it entirely sucked, and didn't deserve to happen.

I am going to have to again point out, there are specific procedures police officers are meant to follow to prevent this from happening. They are explicitly directed that fleeing is not grounds for extrajudicial murder. They are explicitly directed to avoid circumstances that put them in a situation where lethal force is required. They are explicitly directed that disabling the driver is the absolute last case scenario as it endangers themselves and everyone around them.  But again, you only need 40 hours of training to qualify to be an ICE agent as opposed to the 6 months of training police officers recieve. These people should never have been put in a position where they have the capacity to take someone's life. This isn't a grey area, he violated law enforcement procedure, and just because JD Vance has said anyone working for ICE has absolute immunity doesn't make it so. Neither he or Annoying Orange are kings that get to create their own laws with a single word.

I'm just saying these things can happen, I'm saying procedure can be forgotten in an intense moment like what we saw. Once again it doesn't make it right, and it doesn't make them right either. And we gotta be joking if you're expecting them to have the mental capacity like a navy seal, they're just cops and they have screeching banshees throwing bricks and stuff at them every day. And yes you are right it doesn't matter if JD or Annoying Orange says they have the grounds to do so. Only unless he signs an emergency executive order though. Which I've yet to see happen, probably wont either.
Also this kings thing is funny, the whole no kings movement is funny too because when we get rid of a dictator (which they typically act like they are kings above everyone else and rule with fear) who ships drugs and criminals to our country, then that whole movement just kinda fumbles and doesn't agree that it was right.

Whelp, there you have it, Annoying Orange just declared a national emergency giving him powers to completely bypass congress and have more direct control over the national guard etc.

Why? Was it because of the ongoing riots in the face of ICE's murder of Renee Good? Nope.
Is it because of civil unrest in Iran and impending military action against Israel causing countries to abandon their embassies there? Nah.
Is it because of the Denmark threatening military action against the US if it invades Greenland? Not at all.
Is it because of our ongoing illegal invasion of Venezuela? Sort of.

It's actually because Exxon-Mobile and other US oil companies are at risk of having their assets seized by private creditors after failing to make immediate gains on the Venezuelan oil market after we attacked them and declared we are putting our oil companies in charge. Apparently him and his friends possibly losing money is enough of a reason to lock down the entire country. This has the convenient effect of him being able to postpone congressional legislation like that pesky "release the epstein files" silliness.

The president said on Truth Social on Saturday, though without providing specifics: "I love the Venezuelan people, and am already making Venezuela rich and safe again."

Does this guy even give a stuff about his own country at all?

Another video angle of the car shooting dropped. She was dancing and honking the horn, and she wasn't directing traffic - she was intentionally blocking it not just for ICE but everyone in general. You can see people having to go around her because she's in the middle of the lane lol.
