So yeah, in December of 2023, two skinheads accused my brother of breaking a window and beat him to death in broad daylight on a crowded city street. The dozen or so witnesses at the time had not seen how the window ended up broken, but did record  the forgeters as they kicked him to death while claiming they were detaining him until the police arrived.

I guess, in case anyone was curious how that whole thing turned out. No clue how long they will be in jail for.

For crimes such as this, they would be lucky if they got life in prison.

Sentencing wont happen for another 3 months but they wont get death penalty or anything based on the state where it happened, you can only qualify for death penalty if its your 3rd felony, and one of the guys only has one prior conviction, the other doesn't have any that I heard of.
