A new year, a new thread.

What new goals do you all have for 2026? What did you or didn't you accomplish in 2025? I'll start: I accomplished my goal of releasing anything. I successfully released something. That something being an MLP fanfic to moderate praise and a few hundred views, which I'm kinda proud of. The goal for this year is similar, but more involved. I want to finish my book and publish it to the world, and make some money off of it.

gonna lose another 10-20 pounds for sure, maybe i'll write something, i dunno i wanna do something meaningful with my life that's actually fufilling but i dunno where to start

New years resolution for me: Sign a new lease (about to happen). Get a job in my new city/state. Embrace darkness. Make decision as to whether or not to return to school in 2027.

I got my associates in 2025, so that's pretty cool. I also got to spend months with my boyfriend, that's cool too. I'd say 2025 was a cool year. Not exciting, but cool.

my plan this year is to finish refurbishing the exterior of my garage, gotta knock some trees down, and i  also plan on getting a zero turn mower hopefully before spring hits, gonna sell my motorcycle, and then i will need to chillax on buying building materials and other stuff that isn't maintenance related (e.g. auto parts and lawn care) in an effort to pool some money up before the impending economic depression

i graduated college last year and just landed full time. it is time to grind

without getting too much into detail, all i want and hope for is to talk more to people (old and new faces), draw more, and, most importantly, be happy again. i will make this year my bitch

I actually succeeded at staying sober for most of 2025. It came back for the holidays but that's to be expected. forget Christmas. And forget New Years for that matter, too. This year's resolution is to stop posting in the international headlines thread lmao. Also no offense but maybe having a real place to spend new years next year would be cool.
