Dipping dots, North Americas beloved ice cream franchise, has finally announced that they're bringing the popular meal to US stores this Spring including Walmart.

Fans of Dippin bits have taken to social media to support the move, citing their childhood love for the beloved treat. Critics however have been more critical of the move, claiming that it encourages lazy eaters to eat Dippin dots at home instead of at the Zoo or Disney World.

What do you think? Are they bringing us a scoop of nostalgia, or something more sinister?

I think I've only eaten them once or twice before and struggled both times as a kid because it was just TOO COLD, but I guess that comes with it being cooled by liquid nitrogen. That being said, how is it going to be in stores? There must've been a change to the recipe to not need the extreme cooling methods, right?

They helped revolutionize the way the COVID vaccines were kept in cold storage necessary to maintain their effectivity, and probably some of the techniques they've developed when working with the CDC will allow them to install smaller custom cooling apparatuses that can easily be shipped out en masse to stores.
