it's the opposite actually. canada is very strict when it comes to gun laws and they also dont have the same laws when it comes to protected free speech, among other things. it's not a bad place to visit but I surely wouldnt want to live there myself - but to each their own I guess

ive heard the same. but i would hope their healthcare is better. it's way better or way worse depending on who i ask. but usa's is definitely ass regardless

Did a flannel wearing Canadian chick come running up to you and frantically beg to have maple syrup poured all over her supple frame?

It's the world isn't black or white actually. Including on what is even freedom of speech.

Each province manages their own healthcare system IIRC. I heard good things about Ontario's, but in Québec it's a joke that if you want routine healthcare that you're going to be waiting years for it.

Quebec isn't really Canada anyway

It was wild going to canada for the first time, I crossed from Maine and the Northern side is pretty much forest and stuffty towns you hop over the border and suddenly it's beautiful and the roads are perfect.

Kind of wild our economies are so disconnected that that happens.
