Can someone make a decent website where people can download scripts?

Someone PLEASE answer me. It's really important, I need scripts. I know how to make them but I know that the ones that I want are already made.

If my dad will let me have a spot on his site, I can host some. I'll make a password to access them, then post the pass here so no outsiders can get them.
