How come shapes dont load?

How come sometimes when i download an add on the shapes dont load?  I am fixing to play, then it quits and says that some shape doesnt load for some add on...i dont get it

you extracted wrong? extract all addons to main blockland folder, not addons

everyone i asked told me to extract to add-ons folder

Ok, i have reinstalled Blockland, and did what you said, and still, i get "cannot load shapes"

I have the SAME exact ting rite now....it says cant load shape/ride-on/add-on/jeeptire. i cannot figre out how to fix it and i really dont feel like reinstalling it. and kellen only on some add-ons ur sposed to extract it to the main blockland folder. well guess i gotta reinstall =[
