I hope you don't expect me to believe you deleted your folder and then re-downloaded all of those add-ons. I can see you have three add-ons that i'd say would be directly related to the issues you're having:

Wrench Events
TDM
Bots

Try ditching those and see what happens.

Its pretty hard to debug a problem using console logs. If you want to fix this now, just backup your saves, delete your folder, and reinstall. I can't afford to devote any more time to this...

alright, what am i doing wrong now?

this time i formatted my game for the 5th time i think, and i left out the bot mod and zombie mod, and still no vehicle damage. TDM and Wrench event worked fine before.

but there was vehicle damage before i installed all those add-ons.

what the forget is going on?!
