missing file. config.cs

I fixed the missing key.dat file, but now there is another missing file. config.cs, or something like that.

This computer is going freak,I'm also missing base/config/client/pref.cs
and base/config/server pref.cs.

what did you do?
i would save up my save folder and addon folder in another location. then just uninstall then reinstall blockland
