The higher id's are only banning the lower ones because they have been banned for their id as well. I guess you can say, they want payback. But that don't mean it should be taken out on the nice people.

Only time I pay any attention to high ID's is when I see one that is close to 5000, like I did yesturday. But I am nice to the person anyways.
