how do you use alt codes?

nvm i figured it out

Hold ALT. (The left one not Alt Gr)
Press three or four random keys on the numpad. Make sure Num Lock is on.
Let go of ALT.

Examples:
ALT+130 = é
ALT+254 = ■
ALT+1563 = ←

Can'tEdit:
Only 000 - 255 work in Blockland. 000 - 032 are control things like tabs and spaces.
