Mission Editor

Badspot or any other people who know, how do you install Misson Editor correctly? I tried but it didnt work. Can any one please help me?

i don't think its even a add-on but a seperate folder. not sure, so don't trust me.

My question is.... where do i run it in? It says run it... but where?

If you cannot work it up you couldn't work out the editor, try right click/properties. Any more information will cause you to learn to turn on the editor and create more problems.
