Some mice (like mine) Have special drivers, Try finding one for your mouse.

Something is drawing the focus, try closing guis and pressing m(or w/e your toggle mouse key is)

Trader said to delete config.cs. It worked. For anyone else who has this issue:

Go to base->config->client->config.cs
Delete config.cs

The mouse should work now. If it doesn't, ask around, but this should work.
