Is there a way to find my routers admin pass WITHOUT reseting the router?

No. Ask your parents or something.

If your parents arn't very techy and don't know the password, it's probably the default one, search online for it. Different routers have different defaults so make sure you search for the right one.

Well its not the default, and neither me or my parents know it. im gonna try running it from an alternate router, I just need to know what cables to connect to it. (I know ethernet and power, but what else?

Just ask your parents.

I have cable, and the wires are as follows.
Cable wire > Modem box > Ethernet Cable > Router > Either antennae for wireless or another Ethernet cable to wired computers.

Just reset the router.  You must either A: Know the password or B: Reset the router and use the default password.  There is no other alternative.
