I just had the feeling to do it; I wasn't sure if this was the right spot but ohwell(Also ignore the thing sticking out of his head, I believe it's impossible to remove with out removing the torso):

No it is not, look carefully at the mouth...see the difference? This one is a regular smile and the other one...the other one is just odd....

Besides that, Trash man's is a face decal. Destiny's isn't a face decal, but instead a Torso one.

You should make the head bigger to match the torso shape then have this big decal that runs down top to waist.
