Nice. I just think the thing could use some more colors, and the explosion goes faster. It look like the blockheads died from nothing, because the explosion never touched them. Only the damage radius touched them. Other than that, it looks awesome. Its like an improved Ion-Cannon.

looks awesome, but (i know its improbable) does the cross-hare show up when you wield the cannon?

Im trying to balance the impulses, it also bounces, Maybe i need to make the explosion bigger.

I think that you should release it with a larger explosion, with a weapon with that long of charge time, it would be alot more satisfying :)

Looks nice, please do release. But, before releasing, you might want to make charge time, a bit less.

Reminds me a bit of Muffinmix's ion cannon. It's a little more... practical, and less extreme, though.
