no original names anymore?

I've been seeing lots of people on blockland with unoriginal names, for example:
Spongebob fan11
Tribes Vengeance
Indiana Jones
etc.

is it Really THAT HARD to  come up with your own names? come on....

I'm surprised there hasn't been any lawsuits between lego and mega blocks, because the pieces resemble each other so damn well that they fit together.
