It pisses me off when kids think they're almost done maturing. You aren't done with puberty until around 18. Until then, your hair will keep spreading and facial hair will keep getting thicker and you'll keep getting more muscle mass.

I was 13 when I started 9th grade.  Really depends on when you started school, I think.
