Make sure Wrench Events is in the right folder. Does the file Add-Ons/Support_SpaceTick.cs.noexec exist?
Start a single player server. When you spawn, make a brick and hit it with the wrench. Click the Events button. Check whether anything shows up.
Close the menu, then press Esc and Quit.
