This is funny because I was digging then I got killed. You were just standing there with the mother loving machine gun not letting people spawn for at least 30 seconds and I could do nothing. The I said, "Stuntman, do you want a kick?" and before you could reply Nick kicked you. I just didn't say anything about it. Also, I wasn't a part of the spawn killing and I only saw what happened once and it wasn't the kind of killing you were doing; and of course I could have only saw them when they were not doing what you were doing, all I was doing was digging. Lastly, I think that it was right that you were kicked by him because he is the host, and he can technically do whatever he wants. If you don't like him then you don't have to join the server.
