Ladios's Noob Compatability Ratings.

I am currently going around disguised as a noob to asses various players in how well they act tword new players by factoring in their friendlyness, helpfulness, approachability, if they are discriminatory based on ID or name, tolerance, and other such factors. Most of the evaluations will be focused to more famous or older players. In order to keep who my noob account is as a secret, I will post people's ratings every few days as opposed to right after I evaluate them.
I understand that most people don't really care about what I think about them or what rating they will get here, but this will be a good database for new players when they decide whether they actually want to spend their time on a server with older players.

you should come write some sort of noob guide that helps you deal with,tolerate,ect, with noobs.

It might not work, but I think doing /failadmin <name> will do it. Infact, don't use it at all. It has syntaxes. But it's the same principle.
