I need a paint program....

where i can input my RGB value, and make it darker and lighter, and each time i decided a color is ok, it will spit out a new RGB value. Or just tell me the value whatever.

Any websites you can think of?

MS paint does this....
Double click a color at the bottom, then click 'Define Custom Colors' and it will 'spit out' RGB values.
