He said he was invited to USSR, started an app and told me he declined because it didn't feel right. I go to his server to see the build and it is a duplicated mess of fail.

I did, I started using correct grammar after a two week ban over "Quote Spam".

People learn from there mistakes. While they don't need to change, they may become more aware of some stupid stuff that they have a habit of doing after a ban and attempt to avoid doing that again until it becomes a habit of not doing so.
