Can't "Look" Around

When I join one of my servers I always start out with the cursor for link toggling and when I press M it disappears but I move my mouse and it doesn't move. Would it be a add-on? It started today and I enable all my add-ons except the one I don't want.

Add-Ons/Weapon_FireworkLauncher.cs has a syntax error in it, get rid of it.
You've exceeded the maximum number of datablocks by about a million.  You need to reduce the number of add-ons you have enabled.
Many of your add-ons are producing errors.  I recommend you scrap them all and start over.
