i think his IP address was banned so he cant make another account sounds you don't know much about internet. If it wasn't and made another account Badspot would find out then probably ban his IP.

Yes, because people whine about their friends being banned. If they are banned it is their fault. I am not against Frodo in anyway, but I am not for him. I'm neutral, But if he got banned for spamming, then maybe, y'know.. Maybe he shouldn't have spammed?
