After breaking my brain to understand, you want to know how to "Copy" your current Blockheads clothing and turn it into a .dts solid shape? All I can say is its not that simple.

that would be useful to get a fair scale of a item. I dont know what runeth is talking about but I would like a blender/milkshape file that has a replica of a blockland minifig.

EDIT: also the clothing/decals wont be needed
