My initial thought was that this was going to be some lame magazine, But I quite liked it. I think you do need some help with the graphics, some higher quality background images, and web accessibility.

I've thought about doing something like this for awhile, I'll certainly be submitting articles for it.  It does need some improvements though.  The graphics need a bit of help, and I think the layout could be improved.

I'll also help with any website planing/building.  There's always the possibility of having this like a RSS feed, and when someone wants to join, they submit a few application articles, then are given access to post them and more.

Also, what is the regularity your planing on having it put out?

I think there will be 2 good things and 2 bad things about it.
Good:
It will help filter out some bad mods.
All add-ons will be installed correctly.

Bad:
Many n00bs will keep asking "how do i package add-ons!?!?!?!"
We might lose some good Add-Ons because the creator left.

I think that the magazine in later versions could look abit...more professional? I don't know, but overall it was a very nice magazine for what it is. Keep it up, I will read the next issue! :D
