Really you shouldn't care about what people say over forums... The internet was created with no one who would have full control over it. We are all equal. The only difference is the 'Digital Divide' which states, "Those who are behind continue to fall behind."

There is a proxy, if he's IP banned it's not really that hard. Also, your right on all levels. He shouldn't care, but he also shouldn't be trying to be an attention national socialist.

If he can somehow get back into my server after a perma ban, then I'll set up an autokick for his name/BL_ID, and if the BL_ID doesn't work, then he'll get kicked off for authentication failure.
