i cant start a server!

  when i wana see a map i got i can't! when i click "start game" it freezes for a gew minutes in unfreezes and it moves but i'm not loading! i can enter other servers but if you can help that would make me so so so happy and i'll give you all this  thanks and if you wana see what i look like some times heres a pic |

I don't know how to solve your problem, but a few tips for the forums:

1. Don't say "ill give u  ". No one wants those.
2. Honestly, no one really cares about how you look in game, as that doesn't affect the problem.

I would have to say just reinstall the game, if that doesn't work then i don't know.

Sometimes when you have alot of add-ons it can slow things down a bit; as the console has to initialize all of those and it takes some time, as long as words keep coming up in that little black box, it should load.
