Can't read .cs files.

This is a pain in the ass, and I don't know what to do. If I try to open a .cs it says "Windows cannot open this file..."  How do I fix? Thanks for those who can help.

Can't? Or doesn't know what program to use? If you have to "pick a program from a list" use notepad; problem solved.
