Unidentified Problem

I changed from fullscreen to a smaller window specifically 600 by 800 and when I closed the options window the map was all funny lookin, sorta cool i guess.  But what happened?










Sorta looks like letters outside.

This happens. People just randomly get it. And it might as well be letters outside. I think it's all the textures(and UI images?) going all screwy. Restarting will fix this.
