With Torque Constructor, but you had to do the topic in ''HELP''!

No, just about everyone on these forums uses Notepad/Wordpad for scripting, and MS3D/Blender for modeling.

No, not Constructor. Constructor is for interiors, like Bedroom. Vehicles need to be .dts, and Constructor can only export as a .dif. The post right above me says what you should use.
