Garbagemen Late

It is 10:04 AM ET ,Wednesday, and the garbage men aren't here yet, our trash can is laying down like usual. I wonder why there not here yet, they get here at like 8:30 AM ET.

The same thing happened to me yesterday.  They normally come at like 7 AM and didn't come until 6 PM.
